Learn @ Friday is a place where knowledge regarding specific local government issues can be shared. We will from time to time publish case studies and other interesting information on these pages for those municipalities, who want to help themselves, to develop their capacity. The primary purpose of this page is to share knowledge amongst municipalities. The inspiration for this page stems from our belief that no challenge or problem that any municipality experiences have not been met or solved in an effective, efficient and practicable manner by another. We therefore invite practitioners, teachers, consultants and students of local government to submit papers for publication on this site.
